We are seeking personal care assistants for a woman in Marks Municipality (24/7 care, dual support)
We are now looking for several dedicated and responsible personal care assistants for a woman living alone in Marks Municipality.
The woman has extensive support needs in her daily life, and the assistance is organized around the clock with dual support. This means you will always work together with a colleague to ensure safety, continuity, and high-quality care.
The work involves providing close and secure support in both practical and personal aspects of daily life. It is important that you have a respectful approach and can contribute to creating a safe and stable living situation. The client communicates through sign language as both vision and hearing are significantly impaired.
We're looking for someone who:
Is empathetic, calm, and responsible
Has a respectful and professional demeanor
Thrives working in a team environment (dual support)
Is flexible and can adapt to the individual's needs
Has strong collaboration skills
Has experience in personal care assistance (preferably experience with feeding tubes, catheters, and lift assists)
Job Responsibilities:
Support with personal hygiene and care
Assistance with daily routines at home
Transfers using mechanical lifts
Provide social support and create a sense of security
Position Details:
Position #1: Day/Evening 80%
Position #2: Part-time as needed
24/7 assistance
Dual staffing for all shifts
Shift times: 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, or 22:00-06:00
Employment level by agreement
