As a machine operator, you are responsible for driving production efficiently and with high quality. Your main responsibilities include: Operation, monitoring, and optimization of production machines Adjustments and calibrations to ensure stable production Quality checks according to applicable procedures Troubleshooting and remedying minor operational issues Ongoing maintenance, cleaning, and inspection of machines Contributing to order, safety, and continuous improvements in production What we are looking for We are seeking someone with documented experience as a machine operator or from other manufacturing industries and who feels confident in a production environment with high standards for quality and efficiency. To succeed in this role, we see that you: Have previous experience as a machine operator or equivalent role in manufacturing industry Have good technical understanding and an interest in production equipment Are accustomed to working independently and taking responsibility for your machine and production Have experience identifying deviations and solving minor technical problems Are thorough, quality-conscious, and work in a structured manner even at a high pace Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Have the ability to work shifts as operations run day, evening, and night shifts We particularly value those who are engaged in their work, take own initiative, and contribute with ideas that improve production and streamline work processes.
