Qualifications: Educated preschool teacher with preschool teacher certification Strong proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is required. You are well familiar with the curriculum's goals based on teaching and learning. You have experience working with and leading systematic quality work at the group level. You have good knowledge of Office365 It is highly meritorious if you have previous experience working in preschool activities About Norlandia Diktaren Preschool Norlandia Diktaren currently consists of 107 children distributed across 4 units and eight teaching groups. We have fantastic facilities for the innovative preschool, a small yard, and close proximity to nature and parks. What do we offer you? At Norlandia Preschools, we offer you skills development each term based on the preschool's prioritized goals and initiatives. You will benefit from our unique concepts, professional development days at the preschool, central initiatives, and offerings in our digital learning platform. Vacation service or holiday service – you choose We offer the opportunity to choose between vacation service and holiday service. Vacation service means you work more hours during the school year in exchange for time off during breaks and holidays. Working time consists of 40 hours of regulated work time plus three hours of trust-based work time per week. Other Information Employment type: Substitute position Scope: Full-time, 100% Start date: By agreement We apply individual salary setting and have collective agreements.
