Your Day-to-Day Work As an IT consultant, you'll work closely with our company's customers on our full range of offerings in both small and large projects—from customer care and deployment to maintenance and development. As an IT consultant, you're often the person the customer trusts most, so it's crucial that you honor that trust and always keep the customer's best interests in mind. Your relationship with the customer will be absolutely key to their experience and satisfaction. You'll work from our new, beautiful offices at Västerslätt and will need a valid driver's license (Class B) to visit customers. What We Expect From You - We're looking for someone with several years of IT experience. - We're looking for someone with broad expertise in networking (TCP/IP, routing/switching, VLAN/DHCP/DNS/NAT, Layer-2/Layer-3). - It's a plus if you have certifications such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP or CompTIA Network+. - It's also a plus if you have interest and expertise in M365 and/or server environments. You need to be well-organized, communicative, and experienced at tracking your time and documenting your work. It's important that you bring positive energy, are great at sharing knowledge with others, and have a strong ability to collaborate as well as work independently. We're looking for someone who is driven and customer-focused, wants to help develop our IT offerings, and truly contributes to the star team you'll be joining.
