About the role As a Matcher within Rusta och Matcha, you support job seekers on their path toward self-sufficiency. You work in a coaching and motivating manner to help them find the right job or education. Your work includes, among other things:
Individual guidance and coaching
Matching to jobs and education
Contact with employers and network building
Support in application processes and interview preparation
Who are you? We are looking for you, someone with a positive attitude, skilled at building relationships, and comfortable in a dynamic environment. You are social, flexible, and see opportunities where others see obstacles. Inspiring and motivating people is your strength!
Requirement profile (meet at least one of the following options):
Option 1:
At least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system)
At least two years of full-time work experience
Option 2:
At least one year of full-time studies at post-secondary level with satisfactory results
At least three years of full-time work experience in one of the following areas:
Management with personnel responsibility
Recruitment
Career transition work for job seekers
Study and vocational guidance
Handling of personnel matters (not solely administration)
Work with employment and labor market issues
Work with social and group psychology
Career counseling
Meritorious qualifications and experiences:
Arabic
Strong network within the local business community
Ability to build and maintain relationships
Structured, initiative-taking, and results-oriented
Good communication skills and coaching work approach
Digital competence and experience conducting online meetings
