Your role As an IT Servicedesk Technician, you have a central role in our IT department. You are an important contact point for our users and contribute to smooth daily operations. Examples of work tasks: Handle incoming tickets and questions from users in our various countries Administer users and permissions Procurement, installation and configuration of client hardware You become part of a dedicated and competent IT team where we help each other, share knowledge and solve challenges together. There is a strong team spirit here and a desire to constantly develop, both as a team and as individuals. The work is divided into two shifts: 06:15–15:00 and 07:30–16:30. Your profile We believe you are a driven and service-oriented person with a strong interest in helping others. You are social, have an easy way of building good relationships and enjoy a role with many points of contact. You are a committed team player who takes responsibility and puts the team before yourself. You work in a structured and independent manner, while naturally collaborating and communicating. You are driven by problem-solving, have a great interest in technology and thrive in a fast-paced environment where things are happening. We would like to see that you: Have approximately 2–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in servicedesk/IT support Have a genuine interest in technology Are confident in Microsoft 365/Office Speak and write English fluently Have experience with business systems (e.g. ERP/CRM) The position is based at our office in Svenljunga, so sustainable commuting is a requirement.
