As a preschool teacher at Fyren, you have an important role in planning, implementing, following up and developing teaching together with your colleagues based on the preschool's curriculum. You contribute to creating rich and inspiring learning environments both indoors and outdoors and take advantage of children's interests, needs and curiosity in teaching. You are an active part of systematic quality work and contribute to reflection, pedagogical discussions and development of education. Who are we looking for? Previous experience with CLASS is not a requirement – what matters most is that you share our view on the importance of good relationships and quality interactions. Qualifications Educated preschool teacher with preschool teacher certification. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Well-versed in the preschool curriculum and its goals for teaching and learning. Knowledge of and experience with systematic quality work at group level. Good digital competence and knowledge of Office 365. Previous experience working in preschool is meritorious. Experience with or interest in outdoor pedagogy, nature, sustainability and movement is meritorious. Terms of Employment Employment type: Permanent position Scope: 100% Working hours: Daytime, Monday–Friday according to schedule within the preschool's opening hours 06.00–18.30. Evening hours occur approximately once per month in connection with staff meetings. Start date: As soon as possible or by agreement. About Fyren Preschool Norlandia Förskolor Fyren is located in beautiful Skummeslövsstrand, with proximity to both sea, forest and green areas. The preschool accommodates 68 children and here we create a safe, inspiring and exploratory education where children's curiosity, joy and desire to learn are central. Fyren has an outdoor profile and nature is an integral part of our education and an important pedagogical learning space. We use our fantastic local environment for play, movement, creative activities, experiments and exploration throughout the year. Health, sustainability, movement and the joy of food are important parts of the activities. Through Norlandia's concepts GoGreen, Skuttet and Mat med Smak, they become a natural part of children's daily lives and learning. We are especially proud of our kitchen, which has been recognized as one of the Year's Preschool Kitchens two years in a row. Our pedagogical work is also inspired by Norlandia's Quest. During the school year we work with "Magic moments every day," where children's imagination, questions, ideas and curiosity become the starting point for play, creative activities and exploration. CLASS is an important part of our quality work and helps us develop interaction between children and educators.
