Now Hiring Electrician at Atria in Sölvesborg

Our factory is located in Norje outside Sölvesborg and employs approximately 300 employees. We work with chicken from our own suppliers. The factory has multiple machines and equipment that the electrician role handles on a daily basis. In the role as electrician with us, you will work with maintenance of all machines throughout the entire factory. You will be part of the Technical & Maintenance team where you become an important part in the handling of our machines and tools. Together with your colleagues, you ensure daily operations and maintenance. In the role as electrician with us in Sölvesborg, you will among other things work with: Maintenance of all machines, from troubleshooting to repairs Program frequency converters Work with and troubleshoot PLC Emergency response to machine failures Ensure safety in machine use by updating work descriptions. What a typical day might look like: You will work three shifts which currently means your working hours are between 6:24-14:36, 14:15-22:27, and 22:24-06:36. The day begins with a shift meeting to get information about what happened previously. Work orders are found in our maintenance system Axami. During the day you also handle any acute errors that arise. The day ends with a shift change meeting. On-call duty and standby may occur when needed. We are looking for you: Who has 3 years of vocational education in electrical work You are at least 18 years old (legal requirement to operate our machines) Driver's license and access to a car (there is no public transportation option) You are comfortable working according to established routines and standards If you have also worked with industrial electronics, that is a merit! We place great importance on your personal qualities and are looking for someone who is used to working independently and in a group and who can take own initiative. You have good communication and social skills and are flexible. As a person, you are also quick and thorough but also receptive to taking in instructions and directives. In order to follow our safety regulations related to work environment and machine safety, it is important that you master Swedish and English in speech and writing.
