Your Responsibilities We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable house designer who is experienced in delivering on time and with good quality. In this role, you will work creating and developing proposal drawings for various building projects based on customers' wishes for different house models. Tasks included in this position are preparing building permit documentation (drawings and documentation), preparing work order drawings, preparing simplified fire safety documentation, and maintaining contact with sales staff, engineers, construction managers, and production managers among others at the factory. You should enjoy development and improvement as the role includes continuously developing and improving house models. Your Background/Your Qualities You have post-secondary education in architecture, building design, building design, or equivalent. You already have good knowledge and experience working primarily in Revit but also preferably in AutoCAD. Your general computer skills are very good and you express yourself fluently in both speech and writing in both Swedish and English. We would like you to have drawn/designed/developed houses within residential development or production. It is a merit if you have experience from, for example, an architecture firm or building permit department, alternatively from prefab industry in the single-family home sector such as house designer or A-drafter. You are well familiar with the Planning and Building Act and Boverkets Building Regulations. Outstanding personal qualities are that you are service-oriented and good at finding a good balance between pace, delivering on time and with good quality. You dare to make your own decisions, are structured and results-oriented. In our team we work with freedom under responsibility and therefore you need to be responsible and take initiative.
