Our development has made us the RegTech company we are today. Verified Global is growing and is now seeking a Norwegian-Speaking Solution Manager for our operations in Sweden! You will come into a role where you will manage relationships with customers and stakeholders using your expertise in communication and relationships. About the Position Verified's journey started in 2012 with a focus on electronic signatures and identification. Since then, development has progressed rapidly, and today we offer a complete product portfolio within regtech. The portfolio includes digital signatures, identification, system support for anti-money laundering KYC, and Contract Lifecycle Management. Verified has operations in several countries across Europe, and the Swedish office is located in new premises in Solna where the position will be based. The Solna office will consist of approximately 60 employees. You will be offered great development opportunities given the journey the company is undertaking, and the opportunity to influence processes, routines, and development is significant. You will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant at Verified for 6 months. The intention is that you will eventually be permanently hired by Verified, provided that the collaboration works for both parties. This recruitment process is handled by Professionals Nord, and Verified's request is that all questions regarding the position be directed to [email protected] Responsibilities As a Solution Manager, you will play an important role in the customer journey, from implementing and supporting customer solutions and following the journey from first contact to a fully functioning solution. You will become an expert on some of the most important products and help customers find the best solution. You will focus on coordinating people and processes to ensure that projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will, among other things: Develop project plans, goals, and involve all relevant stakeholders while ensuring technical feasibility Ensure that projects are delivered on time, according to plan and budget Be a key person for Verified's products/services Support sales in meetings with customers to find the right solution Follow up on project progress/results using appropriate systems, tools, and schedules Conduct training for customers on the applications you have implemented Create and maintain project documentation We are looking for someone who: Has very good system knowledge and can easily understand new case management or workflow systems Has some practical experience in project management, sales, or service Has prior experience from a SaaS company and has a technical interest Has very good knowledge of Norwegian and English as communication occurs in both languages It is advantageous if you have post-secondary education.
