At Jobway, you work closely with our business and operationally, managing the entire recruitment process – from the first client conversation to a filled position. No two days are the same, and you become part of a dedicated team that together delivers high quality to our customers. You will be based at our Stockholm office. As a recruitment consultant at Jobway, you take ownership of your own assignments and drive the processes from start to finish. The role is varied, fast-paced, and requires both structure and relationship-building skills. Your responsibilities include: Managing your own recruitment processes and client assignments Conducting requirement profile meetings with clients Compiling requirement profiles, writing job postings, and continuously working on improvements Actively conducting search and headhunting in both existing and new networks Conducting phone interviews, candidate selection, and presentation of candidates Maintaining ongoing dialogue, providing advice, and following up with both clients and candidates throughout the process ⭐ What we offer you: For the right person, this role offers a central position in a growing company with great opportunities to influence both work methods and development.
