About the Job We are looking for customer service talent who can meet our clients' expectations. If you have strong communication skills and customer service experience, we can teach you the rest. In this role, you will provide support and service for our clients' products via phone and email to users with inquiries about functionality, orders, and complaints. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering support and service to users of medical devices. Contributing to the development and optimization of our projects to ensure satisfied customers. Following our KPIs for call duration and service level. Familiarizing yourself with our clients' products to deliver exceptional service.
