Norwegian-Speaking Customer Service Representative We work as a cohesive Nordic team and are now seeking Norwegian-speaking customer service representatives for our customer center in Gothenburg. The position involves work on weekends, evenings, and during holidays, as we are open every day of the year. This is a full-time position. In the role: We provide professional treatment and personalized service to our customers via phone, email, and other digital channels. We help customers with questions, bookings, and matters in an efficient and service-oriented manner. We actively work to create a positive customer experience in every interaction. We work toward set goals with a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. We are a Nordic team and collaborate across borders to provide the best possible service. We always prioritize the customer's needs and adapt our service according to the customer's situation. We are looking for you: Speak and understand Norwegian fluently. It's completely fine if you are Swedish, as long as you have very good ability to communicate in Norwegian. Have experience in customer service, customer support, or other service-oriented roles. Are solution-oriented, engaged, and enjoy helping people. Have good computer skills and feel comfortable working in multiple systems simultaneously. Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Are flexible regarding working hours and enjoy working in an operation that is open every day of the year. Have the ability to work both independently and in a team. Meritorious: Knowledge of additional Nordic languages. Previous experience from customer service, customer support, or telephone-based work.
