About the role As a Nordic Price Operations Specialist, you will be part of a Nordic team responsible for pricing and contract management for the Nordic region, the Baltics, and Iceland. The role is central to ensuring that correct prices and agreements are registered in the company's business systems and that pricing-related matters are handled with high quality and accuracy. You will work in a complex international environment with many contact points where collaboration and communication are a natural part of everyday work. A large part of the work involves analyzing price discrepancies, administering customer contracts, ensuring data quality, and contributing to the development of the company's pricing processes. BD is simultaneously undergoing comprehensive change work where more and more processes and contracts are gradually being moved to Salesforce and SAP, which means you have the opportunity to be part of developing the working methods of the future. The role includes • Administering pricing-related matters and price updates for the Nordic markets. • Ensuring correct pricing according to customer agreements and procurements. • Administering, updating, and renewing customer contracts. • Investigating price discrepancies and analyzing history in, among other things, Salesforce and SAP. • Handling pricing-related inquiries from customers and internal functions. • Handling disputed invoices related to pricing and contract matters. • Working closely with Sales, Customer Service, Order Management, Tender team, and other internal functions. • Contributing to improvements in processes, working methods, and data quality. You are self-driven, responsible, and have an easy time understanding complex information. At the same time, you are communicative and appreciate working with colleagues from different functions and countries. We would like to see that you • Have approximately 1–3 years of experience in Pricing Operations, pricing administration, or similar administrative role. • Have worked with pricing, contracts, customer agreements, or tender-related processes. • Have good experience with business systems and high system proficiency. • Have good skills in Excel. • Speak and write Swedish and English fluently. It is an advantage if you have experience with SAP, Salesforce, public procurement, or have worked in an international organization within, for example, MedTech or Life Science.
