Nipanskolan is centrally located on the north side of Ångermanälven in Sollefteå. The school has approximately 450 students from preschool through grade 9. We are a total of about 60 employees, all professional categories included. The school has several lead teachers, and the expertise within the staff is high and valued by school leadership. The school is also one of Mid Sweden University's partner schools for its teacher education program.
At Nipanskolan, we work continuously with joint professional development initiatives. This year's focus has been on Classroom Leadership, and one of the aims has been to develop collegial learning, work that will continue in the coming school year.
Nipanskolan is a relatively large unit that creates several advantages, including:

JOB DUTIES
For the 2026/27 school year, we are now recruiting a substitute coordinator, a key role in our organization. As a substitute coordinator, your task is to meet and recruit, call in, and schedule hourly substitutes, as well as handle the administration around this. The position includes some work in the evenings and early mornings.
You also work closely with our school caretakers and collaborate with them in providing certain support to our students. Please note that questions about this position can only be answered to a limited extent, and only via email during the application period.
QUALIFICATIONS
Upper secondary education or other education/experience that the employer considers equivalent or suitable. Previous experience in similar roles is a merit. A broad network of contacts facilitates the role.
