Career Development NEXT (Norconsult Expert Program) is designed for you who have at least five years of industry experience and want to strengthen both your technical expertise and your ability to lead, influence, and collaborate in complex projects. Over two years, you will participate in a structured development program with technical specialist modules, leadership training, and knowledge exchange with experienced colleagues from across Norconsult. You will have the opportunity to develop alongside some of our top experts while building valuable relationships across technical and geographic boundaries. The program consists of eight modules with two training days per quarter. We are seeking future colleagues for Stockholm, Gothenburg, Västerås, Uppsala, Trollhättan, or Sundsvall. Please indicate which office interests you most in the cover letter of your application. Your Profile For the Power Line positions in our development program, we are looking for project engineers. You will be involved in everything related to engineering design, from preliminary studies to detailed design and construction documents, and you will have the opportunity to mentor and share your knowledge with junior colleagues. Your background can vary, but you have a relevant university degree and at least 5 years of experience working with power line engineering at the regional network level or higher voltage levels. You are an experienced engineer and are proficient in the most common software for pole placement. Experience with BIM is a merit, as our projects are largely executed using a model-oriented working approach. If you also have an interest in programming and writing simple scripts, this is welcome as we work daily with automation and optimization of our work methods. Since you will be collaborating with multiple disciplines and areas of expertise, it is important that you have strong communication and collaboration skills. You enjoy seeing others develop and value a humble approach. You have a good understanding of the consulting business and have the drive to contribute to our creative and solution-oriented company culture.
