Career Development NEXT (Norconsult Expert Program) is designed for you who have at least five years of industry experience and want to strengthen both your technical expertise and your ability to lead, influence, and collaborate in complex projects. Over two years, you will participate in a structured development program with technical specialist modules, leadership training, and knowledge exchange with experienced colleagues from across Norconsult. You will have the opportunity to develop alongside some of our leading experts and build valuable relationships across technical and national boundaries. The program consists of eight modules with two training days per quarter. We are seeking future colleagues for several of our offices in Sweden. Your Profile For the Industrial Engineering positions in the Development Program, we are looking for technical project engineers, project managers, project leaders, and specialists in mechanical engineering, electrical systems, and automation. Your background is in process, manufacturing, or energy industry. You have relevant advanced education in your field and at least 5 years of experience in electrical and automation projects or mechanical design in power and heating, water management, process, or manufacturing industries. Since you will be working across multiple disciplines and areas of expertise, it is important that you have strong communication and collaboration skills. You enjoy seeing others develop and value a humble approach. You have a good understanding of the consulting business and have a drive to contribute to our creative and solution-oriented company culture.
