The Nature Protection Agency announces a competition for Real Estate Specialist position Vidzeme Regional Administration Līgatnes Nature Trails (permanent position (full-time)) Requirements for candidates: secondary education supplemented with relevant courses and training; desired work experience in real estate management or similar field; ability to plan and organize your work; good communication and cooperation skills, high sense of responsibility; desired basic computer skills; ability to perform physically active outdoor work in various weather conditions; category "B" driving license and practical skills in tractor and vehicle operation; category "CE" driving license, brush cutter and chainsaw operator certificate will be considered an advantage. Main responsibilities: Management of real estate at Līgatnes Nature Trails. Monitor and supervise the technical condition of equipment and infrastructure at Līgatnes Nature Trails territory. Perform necessary maintenance and infrastructure repair work.
