Main Job Responsibilities: Collaboration with multi-apartment building residents and apartment owner associations; Coordination of resident submissions, inquiries, and problem situations; Oversight of utility services and property management processes; Collaboration with service providers, contractors, and repair specialists; Property inspections and monitoring of technical condition; Preparation and maintenance of documentation; Participation in organizing meetings and coordination of decision implementation. Requirements for Candidates: Secondary professional education in real estate management or higher education; Strong communication and organizational skills; Sense of responsibility and ability to independently plan your work; Computer skills and proficiency with office software; High level of Latvian language knowledge; Category B driver's license; Experience in real estate management will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
