Desired Requirements for Candidates:
· Level 1 higher education in engineering sciences (construction, road construction, technical expert, with corresponding engineering qualification in the field), education in real estate management and administration will be considered an advantage;
· Good computer and office equipment operation skills;
· Excellent Latvian language proficiency;
· Excellent communication skills;
· At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage;
· Category B driver's license.
Job Duties Description:
· Maintenance of municipal real estate under Kokneses Association Administration supervision (including buildings, apartments, non-residential premises) - planning repairs, organizing work, supervising work execution;
· Monitoring of municipal roads, streets, and engineering communications under Kokneses Association Administration, planning and organizing maintenance work, management of public areas;
· Preparation of necessary work execution documentation;
· Development of technical specifications for administration property management and maintenance services.
