JOB OPENING FOR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST AT PĻAVIŅU APVIENĪBAS ADMINISTRATION Occupation code: 3334 11 Desired qualifications for candidates: Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering sciences (construction, road construction, technical expert with corresponding engineering qualification); education in real estate management and property administration will be considered an advantage; Good computer and office equipment skills; Category B driver's license; Excellent knowledge of Latvian language; Excellent communication skills; Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage. Job description: Management of properties under the administration of Pļaviņu apvienības; Supervision of roads and planning and organization of maintenance work for Pļaviņu apvienības administration; Planning, organization, and supervision of necessary repair work for buildings, apartments, non-residential spaces, and public areas of Pļaviņu apvienības administration; Preparation of necessary work execution documentation; Development of technical specifications and preparation of procurement documentation for services necessary for property management and maintenance of the administration's properties.
