No. 90000074812) Kokneses Association Administration INVITES YOU TO APPLY FOR A PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST POSITION, profession code 3334 11 Desired qualifications for candidates: · Bachelor's degree in engineering sciences (construction, road construction, technical expert, with corresponding engineering qualifications in the field); education in real estate management and administration will be considered an advantage; · Good computer and office equipment skills; · Excellent knowledge of Latvian language; · Excellent communication skills; · At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage; · Category B driver's license. Job description: · Maintenance of municipal real estate properties (including buildings, apartments, non-residential premises) under the supervision of Kokneses Association Administration - planning and organizing repair work, supervising work execution; · Supervision of municipal roads, streets, and engineering communications under the supervision of Kokneses Association Administration; planning and organizing maintenance work, managing public areas; · Preparation of necessary work execution documentation; · Development of technical specifications for property management and maintenance services.
