Job Description
We are growing and need reinforcement! We want to fill this position with a driven, business-minded, and engaged colleague who can contribute to the company's continued success.
As a Consultant Manager, you hold a central role where you are responsible for matching the right expertise with our clients' needs. You work closely with clients, consultants, and candidates, managing the entire process—from recruitment and staffing to follow-up and development of your consultants.
This role combines business acumen, leadership, and delivery. You drive your assignments forward with a focus on quality, profitability, and long-term relationships.
Your Primary Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and staffing within defined client assignments
- Lead, coach, and follow up with your consultants on assignments
- Ensure high quality in delivery and client satisfaction
- Develop and nurture client relationships in close dialogue with Account Managers/sales
- Work proactively with competency sourcing and candidate networking
- Contribute to improvements in working methods, processes, and delivery
Qualifications

You have:
- Experience in recruitment, staffing, or a similar role
- Good understanding of the entire recruitment process
- Ability to combine operational pace with a long-term perspective
- A coaching approach and genuine commitment to people
- Strong sense of service, quality, and business
- Higher education in HR is a merit
You must have a driver's license and access to a car.
