We are now looking for an engaged and structured network coordinator who wants to contribute to coordinated and sustainable support measures for children in need of support and protection. The Assignment As a network coordinator, you are responsible for mobilizing and coordinating the network around the child in order to strengthen protection, increase participation, and create long-term support structures. You map and engage both the child's private network - such as family, relatives, and other close contacts - as well as professional actors such as social services, school, healthcare, and civil society. The assignment includes planning, convening, and leading structured network meetings where the child is at the center, as well as enabling dialogue and joint planning based on the child's needs. You will work in a team of four network coordinators and usually work in pairs on cases. This approach contributes to quality, safety, and continuity in processes and creates good conditions for reflection and shared learning. You work towards consensus on goals and measures, clarify responsibility distribution, and support the network in taking joint responsibility for the child's safety and development. You follow up on agreements, contribute to continuity in the work, and ensure the child's and guardian's participation according to age, maturity, and circumstances. The work also includes documentation and feedback according to current procedures and legislation. Qualifications To succeed in the role, we see that you are secure, structured, and relationship-building. You have a good ability to create trust, engagement, and momentum in complex processes and work solution-focused with the child at the center. You are communicative, receptive, and have the ability to balance different perspectives in collaboration. We are therefore looking for you who have: Requirements - A degree in social work or other relevant university education in social work or behavioral science, - experience working with children and families in complex life situations, - good knowledge of relevant legislation (SoL, LVU, OSL, and the Convention on the Rights of the Child), - experience of collaboration between different actors within social work. Meritorious - Training in process leadership or network training, - experience of network work, for example according to Signs of Safety or similar methods, - training in conversation methods such as MI (Motivational Interviewing).
