The Family Support Unit is part of the Social Department's large and comprehensive open care services. Using a systems theory approach, we focus on resources and relationships to strengthen what is already working in the individual's life. Our unit consists of a dedicated team of family therapists, family educators, relationship violence specialists, and network coordinators. DUTIES As a Network Coordinator within Child and Family Services (IFO), you will mobilize, invite, and lead various forms of network meetings—such as emergency network meetings, process-oriented network meetings, family group conferences, SIP meetings, and safety planning according to Signs of Safety for children and young people. You will work in a team with two experienced network coordinators, which will provide you with support and opportunities for professional growth in the role. Assignments come from throughout IFO, giving you variety and a broad network of colleagues and support functions to collaborate with. In this role, you have considerable freedom to plan and carry out your work. The team is also responsible for lectures on Network Work and systemic foundations for the entire IFO, together with family therapists. You will be offered a developmental workplace where there is both breadth and opportunities for specialization. Some evening work is included in the position. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with a degree in social work or another higher education qualification deemed equivalent by the employer. Further, you have: • Network training • Experience with network meetings involving children, young people, adults, and families • Knowledge of systems theory and solution-focused work • Experience in psychosocial change work with individuals and families • Experience with municipal social services and authority functions We consider it a merit if you also have: • Therapeutic training equivalent to level 1 • Experience and training in Signs of Safety and safety planning • Motivational Interviewing (MI) training • Further training in family work • Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written • Experience working with high-risk families • Further training in Signs of Safety, Whole Child, MI As a person, you are both responsible, flexible, and attentive in your work and have a very strong ability to collaborate and build good relationships both in the workplace, with partners, and in your work with families.
