With us, you'll have an independent, varied, and meaningful position where you are responsible for health and medical care services for the municipality's residents during the night. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a night nurse, you are responsible for health and medical care throughout Höör Municipality, which includes home care, special residential facilities, services for people with disabilities, and psychiatric care. You will be based at the municipal office in central Höör, where the night patrol also works. The job involves great variety and requires independence, good clinical judgment, and the ability to make decisions in different situations. We see it as a strength to have dedicated night nurses and therefore have three nurses working on a rotating six-week schedule. We work in the LifeCare HSL record system. QUALIFICATIONS You are a licensed nurse with previous experience in municipal health and medical care and have a genuine interest in people and professional service. You must be confident in your professional role and be able to work independently. Good collaboration and communication skills are essential. You should be able to mentor, support, and train nursing staff. We want you to be solution-focused, flexible, and see opportunities in everyday work. A Class B driver's license is required. Good knowledge of Swedish, corresponding to level C1. It is advantageous if you have further training in a relevant health and medical care area.
