DUTIES Would you like to work with health and medical care where your professional judgment really makes a difference? We are now looking for a night shift nurse who wants to help develop the future of care in the municipality. As a night shift nurse, you are responsible for making independent assessments, planning, implementing, and following up on health and medical care services within the municipality's areas of responsibility. You work with patients in ordinary and special housing, within support services for people with disabilities and in social psychiatry. Your work tasks include, among other things: - Independently carry out medical assessments and interventions - Collaborate with teams, relatives, and other stakeholders regarding the patient's care - Guide and delegate work tasks to care staff - Document according to applicable legislation and guidelines - Actively participate in quality and development work within the service Work is performed at night. QUALIFICATIONS You are confident in your professional role, take responsibility for the quality of care, and have good interpersonal skills. You need to be able to make your own decisions while collaborating with others on the team. You also have the ability to document according to applicable laws and procedures. We also see that you have: - Nursing license - Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing - B driver's license is required for the position Experience from municipal health and medical care and night work is a merit.
