We are located close to each other and have nursing assistants in the same facilities. Our nursing organization consists of approximately 20 nurses/district nurses who are responsible for home healthcare in both special and ordinary housing as well as within functional support services. We also manage the dementia team, which cares for our patients with dementia in ordinary housing. Our team also includes assistant nurses with specific expanded delegation who are readily available and provide support as needed. We are good at utilizing the knowledge and experience we have together. Our ambition is to see the healthy aspects in our patients and to support and care for them in their illness. We do this with high quality and great heart, and we are convinced that you can contribute! A good introduction is very important for you to feel safe and secure in your role as a nurse. We tailor it to your experience and needs. Work Duties Standard nursing duties. The position is scheduled for night shifts. If you wish to work more hours, it is possible to expand the position with daytime work shifts. Qualifications We are looking for you who are a registered nurse—both experienced and newly graduated applicants are welcome to apply. A driver's license (category B) is a requirement. You have genuine commitment, good communication skills, and an empathetic approach. You are thorough and can effectively prioritize your work tasks.
