We are now seeking someone who wants to be part of our journey to become the largest destination in Northern Sweden. About the Role In this role you will work as a night receptionist at our hotel reception. As a receptionist, you are responsible for providing guests with the best possible service and have a passion for human interaction. You will work in a dedicated service team at the heart of the hotel, and thus have the joy of being our guests' first contact and impression of the hotel, while also being responsible for the feeling when guests leave us. As a receptionist, you have a strong sense of service and quality as well as a keen interest in upselling. You should be motivated by turning challenges into opportunities – no two days at a hotel are alike. We are looking for someone who ideally has experience from similar work before. As a receptionist, you will receive guests with great joy and high service standards. You enjoy working with guests, finding solutions and providing the very best service so that all our guests are satisfied and want to return to us. You need to have the willingness to juggle many tasks at once while ensuring that your service to guests is always prioritized and maintains a high standard. At our hotel we take care of guests and ensure they have a fantastic experience with us. Qualifications and Personality As a person you are responsible, engaged, positive and well-organized. You demonstrate passion, inspiration and care in your way of being. Furthermore, you have good ability to prioritize even under stressful working conditions. Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing is a requirement; additional languages are merits. You are solution-oriented and creative, social and skilled at communicating and collaborating. About The Wood Hotel By Elite On October 14th, 2021, we opened The Wood Hotel in one of the world's tallest wooden buildings. In the 20-story wooden house, we have 205 modern hotel rooms, a large congress hall for up to 1200 people, several conference and meeting rooms, three restaurants, as well as a sky bar with a roof terrace and a VANA spa with spectacular panoramic views. The hotel initiative is at the top as one of the most sustainable hotel constructions carried out in the Nordic region. The proximity to nature, the detailed architecture and all the unique experiences offered make the hotel a destination in itself and the gateway to a completely new destination for both national and international guests. The Wood Hotel is a signature hotel in a timeless and elegant design; our signature "Less is More" should not only permeate the hotel's visual identity, but also the entire customer journey, operations and the hotel experience guests encounter already at the door. Practical Information: Working hours: 21:30-07:30. Work 7 days, off 7 days. Monday - Sunday. Needs: Summer extra Scope: Hourly employment Start: By agreement with training period.
