Job Responsibilities As a night receptionist, your tasks may include: Managing the reception desk during nighttime hours Check-ins and check-outs Handling reservations and guest requests Answering calls and assisting guests Handling administrative nighttime routines Ensuring safety and order at the hotel Managing incidents and resolving problems professionally Handing over relevant information to the morning staff Requirements We are looking for someone who: Has experience with night reception or hotel reception Has good knowledge of HotSoft or Mews – required Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and English Is independent, responsible, and comfortable working nighttime hours Has a professional and service-oriented approach Is solution-oriented and can handle unexpected situations What Happens After You Apply?
