The hotel opened in September 2021 and features 270 hotel rooms, congress facilities, 12 conference rooms, lobby bar, roof terrace, two restaurants, and a spa on the top floor. Right now we are looking for a reliable, driven, and engaged Night Receptionist for the hotel's reception, on-call as needed. The team reports to the Welcome Office & Conference Manager. As a night receptionist, you are an important part of creating a safe environment at night for our guests. It is with you that our late-arriving guests receive a warm welcome and our early-rising guests a lovely good morning! Therefore, we believe you have a unique ability to see each guest, are attentive, positive, solution-oriented, and combine quality thinking with accuracy and a high level of security awareness. We would like to see that you have experience from a similar position as well as working nights. You are a team player but can also work well independently. You are responsible and motivated by good collaboration between you and your colleagues, and you understand the importance of taking full ownership not just for your area, but for the guest's overall experience. Always and every time! The position includes work tasks and areas of responsibility such as: Ultimate responsibility for the hotel during the night hours during your shift, which means maintaining a high level of security awareness Maintain the highest service and competency level and create an unforgettable overall experience for the hotel's guests. Traditional reception work such as checking guests in and out, answering the phone, taking bookings, preparing arrival lists, following checklists, billing, and more. Work hours are scheduled for night shifts from 22:15-07:15 Assist the hotel's guests with questions and requests before, during, and after their stay. Engage in upselling and ensuring the department's goals are achieved. Responsibility for continuously monitoring guest satisfaction and acting on complaints. Responsible for maintaining the reception area in the best condition according to given instructions. Upon employment, a complete job description with mandate and expectations will be presented.
