The hotel opened in September 2021 and features 270 hotel rooms, congress facilities, 12 conference rooms, a lobby bar, a roof terrace, two restaurants, and a spa on the top floor. We are part of the city and, most importantly, the city is part of us. We create a new living room, a place to be, regardless of reason. Right now we are looking for a reliable, driven, and committed Night Receptionist for the hotel reception where you work 7 days and have 7 days off. The team reports to the Welcome Office & Conference Manager. As a night receptionist, you are an important part of creating a safe environment at night for our guests. It is with you that our late-arriving guests receive a warm welcome and our early-rising guests get a cheerful good morning! Therefore, we believe you have a unique ability to see each guest, are attentive, positive, solution-oriented, and combine quality-mindedness with precision and a strong safety-consciousness. We would like to see that you have experience from a similar position as well as working nights. You are a team player but can also work well independently, you are responsible and driven by good cooperation between you and your colleagues, and you have the insight to take full ownership not only for your area, but for the guest's overall experience. Always and every time! The position includes work tasks and areas of responsibility such as: Ultimately responsible for the hotel during nighttime during your shift, which means maintaining a high safety consciousness Maintain the highest service and competency level and create an unforgettable overall experience for the hotel's guests. Traditional reception work such as checking in and out guests, answering phones, taking reservations, preparing arrival lists, following checklists, billing, and more. Work hours are scheduled for nights 22:15-07:15 Assist the hotel's guests with questions and requests before, during, and after their stay. Engage in upselling and ensuring the department achieves its targets. Responsibility for continuously monitoring guest satisfaction and taking action on compensations. Responsible for keeping the reception area in top condition according to given instructions. Upon employment, a complete job description with mandate and expectations will be presented.
