We are now seeking night staff who are passionate about caring for our residents and creating a safe and supportive environment. This is a temporary position. The role includes: Care and supervision of residents during the night Support with anxiety or sleep problems Alarm handling and documentation We are looking for someone with a strong interest in providing compassionate and secure support to people with psychiatric challenges. A calm and empathetic approach is essential in this work.
