About the Role
As a National Recruiter at Adecco, you will be part of our central business support function and support our offices throughout Sweden with recruitment for some of our largest customers. In this role, you will work at 75% with the entire recruitment process with a focus on professional/managerial profiles. You work closely with both candidates, customers, and internal colleagues to ensure professional and high-quality delivery.
The position is 75% with working hours on weekdays. You work primarily during daytime, approximately 08:00–15:00 Monday to Friday, which provides a structured workday and good work-life balance.
The role is broad and varied, combining operational recruitment with the development of methods and processes. You will be part of an engaged team where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and high quality are a natural part of everyday work.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the entire recruitment chain when recruiting professionals
Search & match
Job advertising and candidate screening
Competency-based interviews
Candidate selection
Presentation of final candidates
Participate in development projects to streamline the delivery model
Establishment and updating of routines and structural capital within consultant recruitment
Coaching and training in internal/external systems for internal colleagues
About You
We are looking for someone with post-secondary vocational higher education in recruitment, where you have built a fundamental understanding of the entire recruitment process and have an interest in working with competency matching, search, and selection.
You are business-minded, structured, and motivated by creating value for both customers and candidates. You build trusting relationships quickly, thrive in a dynamic environment, and have the ability to prioritize, take responsibility, and make well-founded decisions.
As a person, you are unpretentious, take initiative, and are a team player who enjoys sharing your knowledge. You appreciate collaboration, contribute positive energy, and see the team's common success as a natural driving force.
Application
