It's therefore important that our regulations are up-to-date and functional, while we also need to stay ahead when it comes to future vehicle regulation – both in the short and long term. As a national regulation coordinator, you will lead the unit's work on national rule development, which often involves supporting employees in developing new regulations or implementing changes to existing ones. In the role, you will introduce new employees to the process, quality assure materials before different decision points, and serve as group leader for smaller regulation work. You will be responsible for anchoring and monitoring the unit's regulation development work, which involves regular check-ins with various functions about the status of ongoing work, and support in the unit's quarterly and annual reviews. The role involves being a central point for the unit's current and upcoming national regulation development work, where you help keep both internal and external information updated. Your main focus will be as a national regulation coordinator for the development of vehicle technical rules. The role requires the ability to drive and coordinate multiple assignments simultaneously, where we see that you can both initiate and lead collaborations, as well as have good dialogue with numerous specialists and functions within our areas of expertise. You must have a relevant academic degree or other equivalent knowledge/experience that we deem equivalent (preferably legal and/or technical orientation) multiple years of experience leading processes and coordinating work experience with regulation development work, primarily regulations very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. It's an asset if you also have experience with vehicle regulation development at the national level experience/knowledge of regulations in the vehicle sector experience as a project manager current experience with corresponding work tasks in a government agency.
