Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for students in the afterschool program and you think it is important to build good relationships with both students and guardians. You are a clear and trustworthy leader and see collaborative learning as a success factor. You are familiar with the school's governing documents and motivated to develop your skills together with others. You are flexible regarding work hours as we staff the afterschool activities between 06.00-18.30.
Näslundskolan is an F-6 school with approximately 220 students. We are about 30 employees who work together to provide our students with the best possible school experience and good treatment. We currently have two afterschool departments and are flexible in our organization with a strong student focus. For us, quality in our activities is self-evident and collaboration with families is important to support students on their learning journey through life. We encourage student curiosity and creativity and consider each individual's circumstances. Staff keeps student wellbeing in mind in both planning and implementation of all activities. JOB DUTIES
Your job duties consist of planning and conducting activities in the afterschool program. During the school day, you collaborate with teachers in the preschool class and/or lower grades and support students in various contexts. You enjoy being outdoors and see recess activities and movement throughout the school day as an important part, and you plan and carry out activities on the school grounds where all students can participate. We have a school yard and outdoor environment that invites movement, play & activity.
QUALIFICATIONS
These positions are permanent positions provided that you have adequate training as an afterschool pedagogue or teacher in an afterschool program.
We give great consideration to personal suitability.
Positions are filled based on required decisions.
