Ref. 4284E The family is seeking an experienced and confident nanny who will not only support them in daily childcare but also be a companion for the mother, who is often alone at home during the day. It is important that personalities click and there is mutual "chemistry," as the relationship should be built on trust, presence, and collaboration in everyday life. The family lives in Saltsjö-Boo. The position involves approximately 15 hours per week, primarily Wednesday through Friday, with the possibility of longer days depending on the preschool schedule or additional family needs. Responsibilities include picking up the daughter from preschool, either on foot, by bus, or by the family's car if needed (for example, in rainy weather). Walks sometimes include the family dog, an allergy-friendly Maltese. The main focus of the role is to support the mother in daily life, especially since the father works a lot and is rarely home. Beyond childcare, the mother would like help with everyday household tasks. The idea is that the nanny does the same things the mother would do at home, as much as possible. This mainly involves tidying up, maintaining order, and doing light cleaning. If needed, the family can hire cleaning help, but it is a plus if the nanny is comfortable with these tasks. The role also includes preparing dinner for the children and family, or alternatively reheating leftovers, and ensuring the children eat well and have regular meals. Languages that work are Swedish, Finnish, or English, but if English is the primary language, the nanny must also be able to communicate in Swedish. Since the family has no relatives nearby and moved to Sweden four years ago, flexibility is highly appreciated. There is a desire for the nanny to occasionally help on weekends, join shorter trips or weekends, and maintain a regular, recurring "date night" with the family.
