Property Manager

Limited Liability Company "Komunālserviss TILDe" (Reg. No. 50103420091) invites applications for a Property Manager position. Main job responsibilities: Manage the continuous operation of multi-apartment residential buildings; Organize decision-making procedures for apartment owners in managed residential buildings; Represent the company in relations with real estate property owners; Conduct visual inspections of residential buildings and territories, preparing inspection reports; Maintain and update building files, including electronically in the Construction Information System; Plan repairs, organize repair work, and monitor completion; Communicate with apartment owners and develop solutions, participate in apartment owners' meetings; Prepare documentation and analyze data. Requirements: Higher education in real estate management; Desired experience in real estate management; Positive attitude and excellent communication skills; Analytical thinking, ability to formulate and solve problems of various types, ability to work effectively in a team; Category B driver's license; Good computer skills (MS Office) and office equipment proficiency.
