Property Manager

Limited Liability Company "Komunālserviss TILDe" (reg. no. 50103420091) is inviting applications for a Property Manager position. Main job responsibilities: Manage continuous multi-apartment residential building management processes; Organize decision-making procedures for apartment owners in managed residential buildings; Represent the company in relations with real property owners; Conduct visual inspections of residential buildings and territories, preparing inspection reports; Maintain and update building records, including electronically in the Construction Information System; Plan repairs, organize repair work, and monitor execution; Communicate with apartment owners and develop solutions; participate in apartment owners' general meetings; Prepare documentation and analyze data. Requirements: Higher education in real property management; Desired experience in real property management; Positive attitude and good communication skills; Analytical thinking, ability to formulate and solve problems of various nature, ability to work efficiently in a team; Category B driver's license; Good computer skills (MS Office) and office equipment proficiency.
