As a School Coordinator with us, you'll have the opportunity to combine independent work with close collaboration in an administrative team. Your Assignment As a School Coordinator, you have a central and varied role where you are responsible for, among other things, payroll, invoice management and financial monitoring, introduction of new employees, grade management, and substitute teacher procurement. The work is independent, but you are part of an administrative work group of approximately five people where you are expected to become an expert user in various systems over time. As the face of the school to our students, colleagues, and sometimes guardians, you have a good holistic perspective and understanding of how the operation connects. You receive inquiries and help to the extent possible within your scope and, if needed, refer matters to the appropriate department. Furthermore, you are helpful and participate in the school's activities and traditions. Your Experience For this position, you must have: post-secondary education and strong ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing worked with staffing solutions, such as substitute teacher procurement pedagogical experience and experience working in a school environment with learning platforms such as Schoolsoft worked with personnel and payroll administration.
