Payroll/HR Accountant

Swisspearl Česká republika a.s. is seeking a careful and responsible colleague for the position of Payroll Accountant/HR Specialist. This position reports directly to the Finance Manager. Job Responsibilities • Maintaining payroll records • Processing employee salaries including garnishment management • Ensuring compensation for various employee groups according to established procedures • Annual tax reconciliation • Communication and cooperation with institutions (OSSZ, health insurance companies, labor office, bailiff offices, etc.) • Knowledge, monitoring, and application of legislation in the field of payroll and labor law • Daily communication with employees and cooperation with managers • Management of attendance and personnel systems • Administration of employee benefits • Maintenance and management of employee personal files • Creation, processing, and archiving of personnel documentation • Collaboration on HR projects • Reporting • Minimum 2 years of experience in a payroll accountant position Requirements • Secondary/University education in economics • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position • Knowledge of payroll matters and labor code • Knowledge of Target 2100 system is an advantage • English language at minimum B1 level • Responsibility, attention to detail, independence • Active and proactive approach to work Working Hours: Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM Contract Type: Fixed-term contract with possibility of extension.
