Job Responsibilities: - Asset Management: complete asset portfolio management - Residential and Non-Residential Property Management: municipal property records, inventory management - Projects and Grants: project collaboration and accounting for received grants - Administrative work within the Municipal Office activities, resident records, document management - Accounting: complete accounting including VAT and management of fees and taxes We Expect: - Professional experience in the field (ideally minimum 3 years) - Knowledge of employment and payroll legislation - Attention to detail, independence, and reliability - Ability to organize work and meet deadlines - User-level proficiency with computers Advantage: - Experience in the field or public administration, accounting - Knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping and VAT law - Knowledge of the Financial Control Act, the Budget Rules Act for Territorial Self-Governing Units (ÚSC) and its review - Group "B" driving license, active driver Please submit your applications by August 15, 2026 by mail or in person to: Obec Vigantice, Vigantice č. p. 203, 756 61 Vigantice.
