Your New Job
You will teach music and, in combination, another subject. Your role may also include mentoring. You will be part of team 8 and serve as a mentor, where you work to create conditions for successful learning in a safe environment with strong relationships.

We are proud to present Flahultsskolan in Norrahammar, a place where learning and development go hand in hand. With us, every student is unique, and we strive to create a safe and stimulating environment where each individual can flourish and reach their full potential.
We have 430 students distributed from grades 7 to 9. The school is beautifully situated on a hilltop above Norrahammar with an adjacent sports and swimming hall as well as access to soccer fields. Flahultsskolan is built on the principle of a homeroom for each year group with corresponding work teams.
Our school strives to be a leader in preventive value-based work with close collaboration between teachers and after-school care staff, special educators, and the student welfare team. Your Qualifications
We are seeking someone who is a certified teacher with teaching certification, or alternatively a candidate who has not yet received their teaching certification or is near completion of their studies, with competence in music for grades 7-9, preferably in combination with another subject. You are flexible, engaged, and have a strong interest in educating and developing young people according to their individual circumstances. You have an interest in knowledge and digitalization methods to develop your teaching. You are confident in your leadership and are a good role model. As a person, you work well in collaboration, but also take your own initiative and make independent decisions in your work situation. We consider it a merit if you have experience teaching and working with students.
Beyond this, you are well grounded in the mission of primary education and its governing documents, and you have good knowledge of the Swedish language both spoken and written. You also have basic IT skills. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
