If you can teach multiple instruments such as piano, guitar, that is meritorious. The more instruments you handle are prioritized, and the more instruments you can teach, the better. You will teach at our location at Järnåkraskolan in Lund. You should have experience and education and be able to present clear plans for how you structure your lessons. We want our staff to feel satisfied so we make sure to strengthen our collegium regularly through joint activities, lunches, dinners and other benefits, etc. ABOUT YOU: You are confident, competent, experienced and socially skilled. You have documented experience in teaching and feel secure in your role and master successful methods that work for YOU! You maintain good contact with your students and take responsibility for their development and enjoyment in your inspiring and creative music lessons. You have regular contact with guardians and contribute to the organization's good reputation. The student and their families are in focus and you want them to be 100% satisfied. You contribute to our school's good reputation and to a good working environment among your colleagues and are loyal to your employer and colleagues. You actively contribute and have an interest in developing your position and increasing student enrollment through your own initiatives and by using your strong social skills and doing good work.
