We are looking for a music teacher for F–9
Do you want to inspire students and create musical joy throughout primary school?
We are now looking for an engaged, creative, and confident music teacher who wants to help develop music instruction at our school. With us, you have the opportunity to meet students from preschool class through grade 9 and create instruction that awakens curiosity, participation, and a desire to develop.
Your assignment
As a music teacher with us, you are responsible for planning, conducting, and following up music instruction for students in F–9 according to the current curriculum.
You create varied and inspiring instruction where students develop through singing, instrumental play, rhythm, ensemble playing, music creation, music theory, and various musical forms of expression.
The assignment includes adapting instruction to students' different ages, needs, and conditions, as well as creating a safe and inclusive learning environment. For older grades, grading and assessment are also included.
You collaborate with colleagues and actively contribute to the school's joint development work. This may also include participating in school closings, concerts, theme days, and other shared activities where music has a natural place.
