Your own teaching takes place in Swedish, but among colleagues we speak English/Swedish. We are now seeking a certified music teacher with Swedish teacher certification. This is a permanent position at 50%, starting Fall 2026. A probationary period of 6 months applies. In the team, educators help each other with planning, teaching, and students' school days. Class mentorship is included in the position. Who Are You? You have a Swedish music teaching degree and Swedish teacher certification. You have clear pedagogical insight and the ability to incorporate curriculum goals into your work. You have clear leadership and stand strong with your student groups. You are flexible, structured, and well-prepared. You are a present and collaborative educator who challenges and stimulates students toward development. A strong belief in collaboration as a success factor for pedagogical development is a given for you. You have straightforward and humble communication with guardians and build trusting relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You should be positive and collaborative and prepared to work in an international team. In your role you teach in Swedish, but among colleagues we primarily speak English, though Swedish is also used. This means you need to be fluent in both languages, both spoken and written.
