Kramfors Cultural School has for several years been responsible for curriculum-based music education in all the municipality's schools. We are now seeking a music teacher for elementary school for classroom instruction, which can be combined with assignments in the cultural school's voluntary program. We offer a stimulating work environment focused on creating joy in music and a safe place for our students to grow and develop. 2 position(s). WORK TASKS As a music teacher, you work with both classroom instruction in elementary school and the cultural school's voluntary courses. You are an important part of the school's music education, which follows the curriculum guidelines, and are responsible for inspiring and guiding students in their musical development. Instruction in elementary school takes place in small groups of no more than 16 students, giving you the opportunity to work closely with students and create a creative and inclusive learning environment. The role also includes planning and conducting lessons in collaboration with colleagues and being part of a dedicated teaching team where cooperation and team spirit are highly valued. The cultural school consists of approximately 16 teachers who work together to give students a positive and developmental experience of music and art. The role as music teacher may be combined with instrument instruction at the cultural school. There you will contribute to the cultural school's projects, concerts, and other events, where you will have the opportunity to develop both your students' and your own creativity. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has a teacher's degree focused on music education for elementary school and teacher certification that gives you the qualifications to teach in this area. Employment Type: Permanent position. Duration: Permanent, start date: August 13, 2026, or by agreement.
