The Role You are responsible for planning and leading instruction in music, woodworking, or both subjects. You create a safe, meaningful, and stimulating environment where practical creativity, aesthetics, and Montessori philosophy are woven together. You work closely with colleagues to create the best conditions for each student's individual development. We Are Looking for Someone Who: Is a certified teacher in music and/or crafts (alternatively has other pedagogical or craft education/experience that we deem equivalent). Has Montessori pedagogical training, or a genuine interest in learning more about how the philosophy is applied in practical-aesthetic subjects.
