Required Knowledge and Skills Knowledge of quality management systems and relevant standards. Practical experience with internal and external audits. Understanding of quality improvement tools and process management. Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on facts. Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills. Ability to lead teams across locations and manage change. Knowledge of customer and supplier processes in the quality area. Advanced English language proficiency. Responsibilities: Direct responsibility for: Regional quality team. Coordination of quality managers' activities across individual facilities. Quality management system within the region.
