We are now seeking a Senior MRP Specialist who wants to take a key role in developing, implementing, and optimizing the company's future processes and systems for material and production planning. About the Position As a Senior MRP Specialist, you will play a key role in developing the company's supply chain. You will be responsible for building, developing, and optimizing MRP processes with a focus on creating efficient and sustainable work methods. The role involves significant autonomy where you contribute to ensuring well-functioning material and production planning that meets the organization's high quality and delivery requirements. Start: By agreement. Employment Form: Fixed-term contract via Lernia with the possibility of extension or transition to the client. Work Location: Stockholm. For this position, you must be a citizen of a NATO country and be able to pass and be approved for a background and security check. Your Responsibilities Lead the implementation and setup of the company's MRP system and ensure efficient establishment of processes and work methods. Structure, maintain, and optimize master data, bill of materials (BOM), and lead times to create reliable material planning. Develop and improve processes for material requirements planning, inventory management, and production planning. Serve as an internal expert and super-user by training and supporting buyers, logisticians, and production managers in the MRP system. Ensure that the MRP system and processes meet the organization's requirements for traceability, quality, and safety. About You You are structured, solution-oriented, and have an analytical mindset. You communicate clearly and enjoy collaborating across departments to achieve common goals. You work systematically and can handle multiple tasks in parallel in a changing pace. Formal Qualifications Relevant degree in logistics, supply chain, industrial engineering, or equivalent engineering education. Several years of documented experience in supply chain and production planning, with particular focus on implementing, configuring, and developing MRP modules in business systems, such as Odoo, MRPeasy, or integrations between Jira and MRP systems. Deep knowledge of master data, capacity planning, and material flows in manufacturing industry. Fluent English in speech and writing is required, as English is the working language. Swedish is a merit and is used to some extent in daily communication between colleagues. Personal Qualities We are looking for a responsible, thorough, and collaborative person with high integrity.
